I’m Rose — an independent school consultant, systems thinker, and consulting powerhouse. I help K12 schools get the most out of Blackbaud’s Education Management tools with a friendly, no-fluff approach rooted in 15 years of experience (and a real love for data that works!).
As a Granite Stater, turned Angeleno, and transformed Nashvillian, I have returned to my New England roots and live just outside of Boston with my two kids, a wildly energetic Plott hound, and a calendar that balances client calls with my soul-led work as a certified end-of-life doula.

After nearly 15 years of living and breathing independent school life (as a student, an admin, and a Blackbaud insider), I created a consulting practice that speaks your language and knows your deadlines — because I’ve been there.
